There's Power and Comfort
In Being Heard

Life can be tough

Life can be tough. At times, being human can feel exhausting, confusing and very complicated. You might be feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed by your emotions or events in your life. Challenging relationships, countless responsibilities, worries and painful events can impact our lives in so many ways. In difficult times, we could all use some help. Counselling can provide that help and the time and space to think, to talk, and to be listened to free of judgement.

I believe it can be both powerful and healing when people have the opportunity to talk about their lives and emotions and experience being heard. Counselling can help us understand ourselves, and in turn others and the world around us. It can give us time to work through difficult events and emotions and to work out who we are, what we need and what is important to us.
